Clubhouse

One of the great amenities of living in Prince Frederick Crossing is the use of the community clubhouse. Owners interested in renting the clubhouse should contact the management office for availability and completion of the agreement/guidelines. Please read the full Community Center Rental agreement; fill it out and submit it to Cbay Management (information below).

Rental Fee:

$0 (no charge)

There is a $150.00 security deposit which is refunded upon a clear inspection of the clubhouse after the event.

Occupancy Limit: 128 people

Hours:

Available for rental until 10:00pm
The First 4 hours include 1 hour prior for set up and 1 hour after for clean-up (must be completed by 10:30 p.m.).
